On the East part of the Principality, the area of Fontvieille is a magnficent residential area with beautiful parks. This district consists of a little Port where you will enjoy having diner along the beautiful quays with view son the Rocher and the Princes' Palace. This "new area" built in the 60's on the Mediterranean offers lots of residences with panoramic sea views within quiet and family atmosphere. There are also shops around the famous Stadium Louis II and lots of factories/entreprises are installed there.
