Monaco Trott'n'Roll - Saturday, September 13th 2025
Monaco Trott'n'Roll is the annual event organized by the Flavien Foundation, which fights against pediatric cancers and rare diseases in children.
Since 2014, Denis Macario has proudly represented the Foundation, named after his late son. He advocates for clinical trials and better support for both the illness and affected families.

In partnership with the Scientific Center of Monaco and other Monegasque institutions, the Foundation has achieved the incredible feat of raising over one million euros in 10 years, enabling 36 children to benefit from specialized medical treatments.
Fondation Flavien Events
Throughout the year, several events take place in and around the Principality to raise funds for research and treatment. The main events in Monaco include:
- Le Pouce la Vie, centered around a concert at the Rainier III Auditorium, with Yvan Cassar as its long-time patron
- Rock in Peille, an open-air concert in the Commune of Peille, 20 minutes from Monaco, blending rock music with a festival atmosphere—snacks, local beer, fireworks...
- Trott'n'Roll, featuring a skatepark, cosplayers, Harley Davidson rides, LEGO stands, coloring activities, games, various entertainment, snacks... with the presence of the Monaco Red Cross and Firefighters
